Whether caring for patients or creating custom apparel, I find joy in bringing comfort, smiles, and meaningful designs to life. I've been surrounded by embroidery my entire life with over 20 years of experience. My late father inspired my love for creativity by working alongside him at his screen-printing and embroidery business.   • Return Policy

    Because all of our products are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges once production has begun. To ensure your order is exactly as requested, a design proof will be sent to you for review and approval before production starts.

  • Shipping & Turn Around Time

    Standard production time is approximately 2 weeks from the date your order is finalized and payment has been received. Please note that turn around times can vary depending on complexity, quantity of items ordered and our current production schedule. Need your order sooner? Rush orders may be available on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee.

  • Keepsake & Customer Provided Items Policy

    Our keepsake collection is created using your cherished garments or fabrics to create a one-of-a-kind embroidered piece. Customers are responsible for securely packaging and mailing their keepsake items to us. Once your order has been finalized, an email will be sent with the shipping address. Upon completion of your order, your unused keepsake fabric will be returned with your finished order. While every keepsake item is handled with the utmost care, by submitting your items you acknowledge that alterations made during the creation process are permanent and cannot be reversed.
